Can I order a custom hat?
Yes. Order from just one custom text hat through our Design Your Hat page for A$39.95 each in Australian dollars. Contact us separately for logo, team, event or larger-quantity enquiries.
Do you ship hats across Australia?
Yes. We ship within Australia. Standard shipping starts at A$9.95, and shipping is free when the order total is over A$149.
What kind of custom hats do you make?
Our main focus is custom text hats and ready-made slogan hats. We can also help with logo, team, and event enquiries through our contact page.
How do I order a custom text hat?
Go to Design Your Hat, choose a counted hat style, select a slogan or enter your wording, choose the font and vinyl colour, review the digital preview, select the quantity, then add the hat to your cart and pay securely online with Stripe.
Do I need artwork for a custom hat?
Not for custom text hats. Just enter the wording you want. If you need logo work or something more detailed, contact us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Do you offer bulk orders?
For a small matching custom-text order, use the live builder. Contact us before placing a larger order or ordering for a logo, business, club, team or event so we can confirm artwork, production method, counted stock, capacity and pricing before you commit. How long will my order take?
Turnaround time depends on the order size and job type. If you have a deadline, let us know when you enquire.
Can I return a custom hat?
Change-of-mind returns are not normally available for personalised or made-to-order hats. This does not limit your Australian Consumer Law rights if an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially misdescribed. Read Shipping & Returns.
