AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY
We currently deliver within Australia. Standard Australian shipping starts at A$9.95, with free shipping on orders over A$149. Available shipping options and charges are displayed during checkout before payment. Please check that your name, email, phone number and delivery address are correct before placing an order.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Custom text hats and many slogan hats are produced for your order. Check spelling, colours, hat selection, quantity and the digital preview carefully before checkout. The preview is a guide and placement can vary slightly during production.
ORDER PROBLEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us at info@thehatcartel.com with your order number, an explanation and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the problem. Please keep the hat and any packaging until we provide return or assessment instructions; do not send an item back before contacting us. Consumer-guarantee rights apply for a reasonable time and are not limited by a fixed store-policy period.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not normally offer change-of-mind returns for personalised or made-to-order products. This does not limit your rights where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
